Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) & Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)
Inspira, in partnership with the Water Rand Institute, conducted a Community Health Needs Assessment covering Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties in New Jersey. The assessment for 2025-2027 was conducted utilizing community health profile data, key informant interviews, focus groups, and community member surveys to identify the needs of the community in relation to the perceived needs related to health.
