Health Community Planning – NJ

The New Jersey Department of Health, in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Environmental protection created a website that provides individual, municipal-level reports that offer a snapshot of a municipality’s health and environmental data to help promote a healthy and safe environment.

This data can help prioritize local health and environmental concerns, guide public health actions, identify strategies for improvement, and help residents learn more about environmental public health to make a difference in their community.
