The Salem County Office on Aging and Disability Services will be holding a public hearing year for the Area Plan Grant for the 2021 program year. The public hearing will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 at 2 pm via a Zoom Video Conference or telephone call.

The purpose of the public hearing is to offer elderly county residents, their caregivers, and the general public the opportunity to comment on the needs of the elderly in Salem County. Comments regarding needs that can be addressed by advocacy activities and available service funding are of particular interest. The 2021 Area Plan provides services funded under the Older Americans Act, Social Service Block Grant, Adult Protective Services, State and Federal funds.
