Salem County Health and Human Services- Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services is excited to announce the start of their Recovery Transportation Program.  Lack of transportation has repeatedly been reported as a barrier for the substance use disorder recovery community and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services is looking to change that.

The Recovery Transportation Program runs 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm, excluding holidays. Eligible clients can receive free transportation to any substance use disorder treatment appointments or recovery related meetings within Salem County. Eligibility requirements are as follows: individual must be a Salem County resident and over the age of 18.

If you or someone you know is in need of transportation to and from Recovery Meetings and/or Substance Abuse Treatment, FREE Transportation may be available.

Requirements:
Must be a Salem County Resident
Must be 18 years or older
Transportation Services not available on holidays
